Emily has been helping agents, clients, investors and developers in the real estate industry for over 10 years now in a number of capacities.  Her passions are in problem solving, supporting clients, and ensuring a smooth experience from beginning to end.  She has a love for the sciences and brings that world of quantitative and qualitative work into her role as she elevates the client experience to new heights in this industry.  Outside of work, she enjoys time with her kids, traveling, and enjoying all things Disney!


Raedean has worked in the real estate industry for 10+ years, with experience in property management, relocation, new construction, short sales, & foreclosures. As the Director of Operations, she is passionate about advancing the client experience and agents’ systems. Raedean holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from UW-River Falls.  Outside of the office, Raedean enjoys fitness, reality TV and finding delicious local breakfast spots.
